It’s okay!

If you are feeling “not okay” emotionally, it is important that you seek out a trusted friend or someone that can be present with you in this season. Talking it out allows you to release that which is going on inside, pinpoint the pain–or at least shed some light on some initial feelings that could use some compassionate care. Withdrawing and remaining silent is “not okay!”. #KeepTalking
